    Since your shop has opened at Fairways I have bought a number of your products including Whole Live Crab, Lobster & Fresh Fish. Yesterday I bought some Langoustines which I cooked tonight with a homemade tomato & basil risotto.

    They were so very fresh & delicious. I am originally from Islay & used to getting the best seafood fresh on your doorstep but since living in Inverness that is very hard to come by.
